Our Rainbow pepper comes from Sri Lanka and Madagascar. It is a blend of organic black, white, green, and pink peppercorns that create a colourful, aromatic, and flavourful addition to any meal. The black, white, and green peppercorns are derived from the same plant, but differing harvest times and methods of processing result in the varying colours. The pink peppercorn is a sweet and spicy berry from the Brazilian Pepper Tree, adding colour and depth of flavour. This is a colourful culinary treasure, pleasant to the eye and the palate. Especially delicious in marinades, sauces, eggs, and salads, this pepper combo elevates meals, with a multi-layered flavour profile and heat.
